Pricebooks, or supplier price lists, are details of products available to you from suppliers. You can load this information into the Retail System in order to improve ordering by using supplier partcodes on purchase orders and detecting correct outer sizes.

Complete PriceBooks

Where a complete pricebook is received electronically, you can load this using the bucket retailmax.elink.pricebook.upload. This stores the complete pricebook into the database in its original form. You can upload Excel spreadsheets (XLSX format) or CSV files.

An uploaded pricebook will not typically have the links to your products, so before you can fully utilise the pricebook, you need to link your products to supplier codes.
